Solution: 10BioSystems developed an advanced software system to capture, annotate and classify DNA sequence reads generated by high throughput Deep / 454 sequencing. For this project, we merged open source software and Amazon's cloud computing infrastructure to efficiently process more than 2 million sequencing reads with minimal infrastructure investment.

Project Description: The research core of the hospital needed a online LIMS platform to provide multi-species RNAi screening services (workflow management, data collection, resource allocation, library management) for researchers

Core facility staff can track users, experiments and scientific data using the web based workflow system. The custom data management system offers data security, project management, interlinked genome databases, dynamic user interfaces and advanced search methods.
