Sebastian Jayaraj is the co-founder and CEO of 10BioSystems. Prior to this, he worked with Kosan Biosciences (a publicly traded biotech company) as the Associate Director of Information Technology and Research Informatics.
He has more than 10 years of experience in the biotechnology sector and has worked in various companies and research labs including Bristol-Myers Squib, Kosan Biosciences, SGX Parma (acquired by Eli Lily), Scient Corporation and at the National Center for Biological Sciences (NCBS), India.
Sebastian holds a Master of Science and Engineering degree in Computer and Information Systems from the University of Pennsylvania and a certification from Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, in Executive leadership, strategy and management. He holds a triple major undergraduate degree in biology, chemistry and environmental sciences from Bangalore University, India.
